Realized I had an open invite to hunt a farm in CO for mule deer. Buddy doesn't hunt big game himself and said "I think we could put you on a nice, grain-fed buck". Says he's in a good unit so tough to draw tags. If I understand correctly, the landowner puts into the LPP draw. IF he gets drawn, he may use the tag or sell it.
Am I right? Would the buyer hopefully me need to do anything else, except for buying a non-resident General Big Game License? He can then either use the voucher himself in order to purchase a tag, or sign it over to someone else who may then use it in order to redeem it for a tag.
